Pimobendan Chewable Tablets for Dogs are flavored cardiac support tablets available in 2.5 mg and 5 mg strengths, formulated to help manage congestive heart failure associated with myxomatous mitral valve disease (MMVD) and dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). Pimobendan enhances heart function by increasing myocardial contractility and promoting vasodilation, helping to improve circulation, delay the progression of preclinical heart disease, and reduce clinical signs such as cough, fatigue, and difficulty breathing. The recommended dosage is 0.5 mg/kg body weight, administered using an appropriate combination of whole or half tablets, as directed by a veterinarian. Available in packs containing 3 strips of 10 chewable tablets.
